1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase of the domain theprestigepage.com (the “Domain”) through the Website, operated by Eter Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company headquartered at:

By buying the Domain (“you,” “Buyer”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

2. The Offer

  • We offer the Domain for a one-time payment of $400 USD. There are no recurring fees and no auction.
  • The purchase is a sale of the Domain as-is. We make no representation about its search ranking, traffic, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We may withdraw the Domain from sale at any time before the payment is completed. If a payment is taken for an offer that is no longer available, we will refund it in full.

3. What You Need to Buy

  • A name.com account (the domain is delivered by a transfer — a “push” — inside name.com).
  • Your name.com account code, which you must enter before checkout. You are responsible for providing a correct, current code that belongs to your own name.com account.
  • A valid payment card accepted by Stripe.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Full payment of $400 USD is due at checkout. Prices are in United States Dollars (USD); applicable taxes, if any, are added where required by law.

5. Delivery and Transfer

  • After a successful payment, we initiate the transfer (push) of the Domain to the name.com account code you provided, normally within 1 business day.
  • You must accept the transfer request inside name.com within the window allowed by name.com. If you do not accept it, the Domain remains with us and we may retry; repeated failure to accept may require us to consider the sale completed and the payment non-refundable, once the push has been initiated.
  • Once the push is completed, ownership and control of the Domain pass to you. The Domain is then subject to name.com’s terms and renewal fees.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

  • Full refund if we have not yet initiated the transfer to your name.com account.
  • No refund once the transfer has been initiated or completed, because the sale has been fulfilled. This does not affect any refund right you may have under applicable law.
  • To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at info@etergroup.us.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at info@etergroup.us. We will look into it and, where it is due, refund you — that is faster and simpler than a dispute with your bank.
  • Delivery is recorded and auditable: we keep the payment record, the name.com account code you provided, and the transfer (push) of the Domain. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute after the Domain has been transferred is a breach of these Terms.
  • We will contest any such dispute with that delivery evidence. A chargeback does not reverse the transfer: the Domain stays in your name.com account. We may also claim back the Domain, the disputed amount, and the dispute fees our payment processor charges us.
  • If you no longer want the Domain, ask us about returning it instead of disputing the charge.

8. Acceptable Use and Third-Party Services

You agree not to use the Domain or the Website for unlawful or infringing activities. Transactions with name.com and Stripe are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their services.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Domain is sold “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the Domain, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
